By placing your order for delivery, you are entering into a meal delivery agreement with Shore Fresh Meal Prep, which requires you to be at the delivery location during our designated delivery time. If for any reason you believe you will not be at the location during our delivery times, please consider the following options: 1.) Indicate in the comment section that you prefer to pick up your order at our Grab & Go location, situated at 1846 Hooper Avenue, Toms River, NJ 08753. 2.) Purchase one of our cooler bags for $5.99, designed to keep your order at the proper temperature for up to three hours. 3.) Leave a cooler filled with ice at your location that is large enough to accommodate your order. 4.) If you cannot select one of the above options, we advise against placing your order if you expect to be unavailable during our delivery times. Shore Fresh Meal Prep reserves the right to deny replacements or refunds for any delivery that contravenes this delivery policy. We take pride in the quality and freshness of our meals until they reach the delivery location; at that point, you as a customer assume full responsibility for maintaining the freshness of your order.
