By placing your order for delivery, you are entering an agreement to be at the delivery location during our delivery time period.
Should you feel, for any reason you will not be at said location during our delivery times, your options are as followed.
1.) Please write,  in the comment section, that you would like to pick your order up at our Grab & Go location, located at
1846 Hooper Avenue, Toms River, NJ 08753.
2.) Purchase one of our cooler bags we offer for $5.99. (This will keep your order at proper temperature for up to three hours)
3.) Leave a cooler with ice, large enough to hold your order at your location.
4.) If you cannot choose one of the above options, do not place your order, if you feel you cannot be present during our delivery times.
   Shore Fresh Meal Prep reserves the right to deny replacement or refunds for any delivery that violates this agreement. We stand by the
quality and freshness of our meals, right up until it reaches the delivery location. At that point, you as a customer, are agreeing to take full
responsibility to maintain the freshness of your order.
